An evaluation to track your health, posture, balance, and fall risk.
A Wellness Initial Evaluation is a great opportunity to help identify aspects of your health and mobility that may lead to bigger problems in the future. We will review your health history and perform movement screening tests to identify problems with posture, balance and fall risk.
At the end of the session, I will be able to recommend whether you would benefit from skilled Physical Therapy services, Wellness Sessions, or if you need to follow-up with a doctor, nutritionist, or another specialist.
If you have an acute or chronic injury that you would like to address specifically, please schedule a Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation for assessment and treatment of your injury prior to initiating a Wellness program.
Wellness Evaluation and Intro Session
Wellness Follow-up Sessions will focus on improving movement deficits identified in your Wellness Exam.
These are exercise-focused sessions to improve you posture, balance, and body awareness. I will combine exercises from Pilates and traditional Physical Therapy with the use of resistance bands, exercise balls, weights, balance boards and more!
Together, we will develop an exercise program that you can perform on your own at home in order to maximize your improvements and maintain a healthy body!
Duration of sessions can range from 30-60 minutes depending on individual needs
