A holistic approach is the best way for my clients to decrease pain and return to activities. Although pain may be isolated to one region, normal movement patterns often have to be restored throughout the whole body.
During a Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation, we will review your medical and movement history. I will do a thorough assessment of your posture, movement, strength, flexibility, joint mobility, and soft tissue mobility.
Together we will formulate goals and decide on a treatment program catered to your specific needs.
Physical Therapy Follow-up Session
30 minutes - 1hour
In each one-on-one Physical Therapy Follow-up Session, I will combine highly skilled manual therapy interventions with education and exercise to relieve pain and progress towards your goals. Sessions may include myofascial release, cupping, Gua Sha, IASTM, and Kinesio tape.
Duration of sessions can range from 30-60 minutes depending on individual needs.
Together, we will develop an individualized home exercise program to expedite your results and equip you to lead a healthy and active life!
