A one-hour, Sport-Specific Biomechanical Evaluation for dancers, swimmers, gymnasts, tennis players, golfers, runners, cyclists, pole vaulters and more!
Your first session will include a health history screen, movement screen, strength and flexibility evaluation to identify problem areas, prevent injury, and tailor each Follow-up Sport-Specific Training Session towards achieving your movement goals.
As a licensed Physical Therapist and certified Pilates Instructor, my focus is to teach you how to move in a healthy way so that you can enjoy your sport for years to come.
If you have an acute or chronic injury that you would like to address specifically, please schedule a Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation for assessment and treatment of you injury prior to initiating a Sport-Specific Training program.

Following an initial biomechanical evaluation, follow-up with Sport-Specific Training sessions to improve movement patterns for dancers, swimmers, gymnasts, tennis players, golfers, runners, cyclists, pole vaulters and more!
Based on the findings of your Sport-Specific Biomechanical Evaluation, we will establish an exercise-based program to improve technique, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and more!
